About
Seize your career and take control of your present and future
One third of our lives are spent at work. While we may not have complete control over how we spend this time, we all make decisions and choices that determine how the big decades of our lives turn out. Will we be stuck in a job we don’t like? Will our Islamic values be safeguarded? Will we have time for family? Will we leave a positive mark in society? Let’s move beyond societal expectations and cultural pressures, look within ourselves, and have a critical discussion with the topic of career.
Our Muslim Career Summit invites high schoolers, university students, and working professionals to a day of workshops, talks and panel discussions exploring career from a much-needed critical Muslim perspective. We also have a free-roaming segment where you can have chats with upto 15 experienced figures and mentors from the Muslim community who cover a broad range of industries, work contexts and philosophies.
